Lakeside Dr. Project

We were beyond delighted to stage this lake side condo in Oakland. The heritage building was across the street from Lake Merritt and the homeowner had performed a tasteful renovation that brought modern amenities while still keeping the home's historical integrity intact. The neutral walls were the perfect blank canvas for our colorful staging. We went with a soft color palette and thought the home glowed with tasteful personality. (Lakeside, Oakland)
