6th Ave. Project

This fully renovated home designed with custom finishes was fun to stage! With plentiful bedrooms and living spaces we made sure to demonstrate the flexibility of each space - offices, family rooms, bedrooms shared by kiddos. Along the way we infused tasteful amounts of color while still ensuring we kept things consistent with the neighborhood. And after having been previously listed and on the market for nearly 6 months, this high end, luxury home flew off the market in just a couple of weeks. (Presidio Terrace, San Francisco)
