This 3 unit building needed some updates before it hit the market, and we were just the team to call! We worked with a real estate team to develop a budget, list of improvements and as the project moved along suggested a few more items we thought would make this home even more marketable. The garden level unit specifically had seen some wear and tear over the years and the top unit just needed a light touch. While keeping the budget in mind and not wanting to get into a full renovation, we gave these owners the facelift these homes needed!
