We steadily remodeled 10 of 18 units in this building blocks away from UC Berkeley. In order to turn over the units and prepare them for incoming students we remodeled each kitchen, bathroom, painted throughout, replaced flooring and completed other minor repairs throughout. (Downtown Berkeley)
