This unit clocked in at just over 330 square feet. There wasn’t much we could do to improve the layout of the space because there is only so much that one can accomplish with such a small envelope, but by tucking a Murphy Bed into part of the closet we were able to make the living space more usable. One improvement that made a big impact however? We were able to adjust the layout of the kitchen to make space for a washer and dryer. The bathroom got a full renovation as it was falling apart and we made it feel as bright as possible. You can also find this project on our design page as we acted as the designer on this project.
