Ready for this homeowner’s wish list? She had about 3 feet of counter space in her kitchen, her bathroom was falling apart, she had no heat and seriously inadequate lighting. We were ready to come in and help! We adjusted the layout of the kitchen to give her 4x the counter space which was much appreciated. The bathroom was completely remodeled and by removing a window that looked out under a deck we were able to give her her desired brand new walk in shower. The biggest improvement was heat into the unit, but not only that, we installed mini-splits so she got A/C as well! Creating bright rooms with more overhead light was icing on the cake for her.
