This home had sadly been without updates for a couple decades. Intimidating? Never! We hauled items away, worked with the homeowner’s provided budget, provided design services and got to work. Along the way we renovated one and half bathrooms and the kitchen, replaced all interior and exterior doors and windows, installed new flooring, replaced all the light fixtures, added recessed lights throughout and topped it off with a brand new paint job. It looked like a brand new home and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. (Twin Creeks, San Ramon)
