This home needed life breathed back into it! It was a dark and closed off ranch home that was yearning to be opened up to the backyard. And that’s what we did! Every room in the home was diligently remodeled, with floor plans and layouts altered in the kitchen and bathrooms to make them more functional and open. The back deck (that was rotting and had no stairs to the expansive backyard) was ripped down and rebuilt with stairs to take visitors from the living room to the backyard with ease! With an exceptional amount of natural light pouring in through windows all over the property, this family home feels light, bright and ready for fun. (Chabot Park, Oakland)
