The previous tenants left this unit in shambles, and so we were happy to come in and breathe life into the home. The original kitchen was small and cramped and so it was moved to the front of the unit. A stove that wasn’t vented properly was removed from the unit which freed up space for the new kitchen. Now that the new living space, flooded with light from a wall of windows, was at the front of the home, we were able to plumb in a new bathroom at the back of the house to create a true primary suite. The original bathroom got a full remodel and we raised the ceilings throughout for the cherry on top. You can also find this project on our design page as we acted as the designer on this project.
