Deck with retaining wall
This giant yard in San Francisco was overgrown by a very large palm. Once the tree was removed and we repaired the exterior of the home we built a new deck, installed small retaining walls, create stairs to the grass, poured concrete pavers and performed light landscaping (NoPa, San Francisco)

Rebuilt deck project
This property owner needed their deck replaced quickly between renters. And we were happy to demo and rebuild in a week! (Noe Valley, San Francisco)
Oversized backyard deck
Our homeowners wanted a large backyard facelift, which included an oversized deck. Using the plans provided by their engineer we constructed this awesome, massive deck which included building into the hillside. It doubled their patio space and created a great indoor/outdoor space. Brick patio renovation in Richmond, San Francisco
Prior to these homeowners moving in we were tasked with a large punch list. Chief among them was a quick backyard refresh. The soon to be dog owners wanted a more pet friendly backyard, so we pulled out some of the brick, leveled the ground and installed turf. Not only that, but to top it off we built a veggie bed and planted some new plants along the border of their yard as well. (Richmond, San Francisco) 
Entry porch
These homeowners were happy with the design of their entry porch, but it was old, damaged and a tripping hazard. We replicated the exact design, down to the planter that runs the length of the house. (Joaquin Miller, Oakland)
Garage roof deck
The deck on this garage’s roof had seen better days. So after we came out to remove it (pictured) we made sure to build a new one that was stable, safe and looked good! (Millsmont, Oakland)
New deck
A sloped backyard with a small decked landing off the back door didn’t make this yard as usable. So we created a level deck throughout the space with 2 small stairs at the end for access to their pergola. (Maxwell Park, Oakland)
Second story deck
This second story deck, original to the 1950s home, was definitely unsafe for a family with two small children. It was torn down and repainted, we rebuilt it with batu decking and a stair from the deck to the backyard to make access to the yard much easier. (Grass Valley, Oakland)
New railings for deck
This elevated deck was a little unsafe with railings that were not up to code. We were happy to come out and install railings that made the homeowner (and us!) feel a lot more safe. (Redwood Heights, Oakland)
