This Developer had three units he wanted to remodel and put on the market. We assisted in determining the layout of the units while keeping costs in mind – creating true primary suites with ensuite double vanity bathrooms where they previously didn’t exist and removing portions of walls in the living space to create an open floor plan and larger kitchen while still maintaining the home’s architectural integrity. Both created a large return on investment and were done thoughtfully to not bust the budget. Along the way we selected finishes, ordered materials, managed the job site and was the point of contact between the Developer and General Contractor to ensure smooth and quick decision making. When the projects were completed, we staged each to be put on the market where they each sold after only one week on the market. (Russian Hill, San Francisco)
