We were tasked with working with a developer and their existing contractor to help bring this 6 unit building back to life. With three 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units and three 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units we made sure to keep each unit cohesive with the look of the entire building, but with its own identity. We split three different bathroom designs across the units, ensuring that no one bedroom or two bedroom units had the same design, so each homeowner felt they were buying a home that was all their own, and not simply a number in a building. We oversaw the contractor’s work, providing site visits throughout the entirety of construction. In the end, we think the whole building and each unit looked fantastic! (Polk Gulch, San Francisco)
