This one bedroom ground level unit got a light touch throughout most of the space to keep things budget friendly. We refinished floors, repainted kitchen cabinets and replaced the counters. The bathroom layout needed more help however. It was a narrow space that didn’t fit a standard size vanity, so we purchased a small storage cabinet, installed a counter across it and installed a vessel sink. The result? A custom sized vanity that perfectly fit the space and added some storage! We selected all the material finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.) When the unit was ready to be sold we also staged it for sale.
