This was a budget friendly full unit refresh. By using ready to assemble cabinets and other off the shelf materials we were able to bring life into this previously very dark unit. We made a happy discovery that we could raise the ceiling and by opening up one wall between the dining and living room we were able to make the space feel so much more bright and open. We selected all the material finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.) We also acted as the general contractor. (Noe Valley, San Francisco)
