A developer tasked us with selecting all the material finishes throughout this 6 unit property. Along with selecting tile, fixtures, paint colors, etc., we worked with the general contractor to act as project manager for the renovation. These units were budget friendly and we tried to use affordable finishes without sacrificing personality! When each unit was ready for sale, we happily staged the property. (Mission, San Francisco)
