When this two bedroom unit was ready to be rented out, our developer client asked us to pick some quick order, quick ship finishes on a budget so they could get this unit right back on the rental market. We gave some advice about easily opening up the kitchen a bit more, adjusting a window in the bathroom to prevent future damage and of course picking all fixture finishes that kept the project chugging along and the costs down.
