This 25-year family home was in need of a refresh before it went on the market. The homeowner hired their own contractor and brought us in to provide design services throughout. We worked with their contractor to select paint colors, pick out tile, design closet built-ins, mock up exterior paint options and helped manage the timeline to ensure we hit the market before the slow summer market hit. When it was time to list we even provided staging for the home as well. We think this diamond in the rough was shining for its debut. And it was sold in less than one day! (Sea Cliff, San Francisco)
