This former bakery had served as a rental for decades. When the property was vacant we were tasked with working with the architect to develop a new floor plan for this 1500 square foot, 2 bedroom home. That included helping rearrange the living and private spaces and carving out an area for a new bathroom. We were given a set budget for fixtures and given the responsibility of selecting all the material finishes throughout (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.) We provided the property owner with a mood board throughout the project so he was informed during the design process and it largely reflects our style.
