This second level flat was done in conjunction with the 24th project. Like the previous property we worked with the architect to develop a more contemporary floor plan. We were able to take down two walls in the foyer and living room to create a more open layout, while still maintaining the home’s vintage architectural integrity by reinstalling coved moldings. The home was without a dining room, so we were able to create a dining area attached to the kitchen peninsula, creating a space for families to gather. Throughout this 3 bedroom home we picked all the material finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.) and when it was sold we staged the property for sale.
