This ground level unit had been neglected by previous renters and was in need of a facelift. We worked with the architect to completely swap the floor plan by moving the kitchen to the front of the unit and adding in an additional primary bathroom turning this unit from a closed off 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom to a true 2/2 with a primary suite. We designed a full wall of walnut cabinetry to greet visitors when they entered the home, providing ample storage. The kitchen was now open to the light filled living room and we were able to attach a custom designed and built dining table to the island to create a new dining space in the home. We selected all the material finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.)
