This attic level unit was a fun challenge to open up! Because of the pitched ceiling we couldn’t open too many walls without triggering major structural upgrades on separately occupied units below. But we worked with the architect and what we had to create a more flexible floor plan and turned this 1 bedroom unit into a 1 bedroom plus office. We selected all the material finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.) Because of the size of the unit we kept the fixtures more affordable, but the unit still packs a punch!
