We were brought in by a real estate team to provide design services ahead of the sale of this well loved home. We worked with the homeowner and agent to select all new paint colors, making sure we created a cohesive and special color scheme throughout the home. In addition, we selected light fixtures and kitchen design items like countertops, hardware, faucets, etc. When our homeowner became overwhelmed, we helped guide her in decision making and helped her reach the finish line with her contractor. Though we didn’t stage the home for sale, the end result is a beautiful finished product. (Richmond, San Francisco)
